Important: All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you're not completely satisfied with our grooming service, please contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve any concerns or provide a partial/full refund when appropriate.
  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies happen. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency.
